Delegate Summers moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 4613 – “A BILL to amend and reenact §8-22A-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the West Virginia Municipal Police Officers and Firefighters Retirement System; increasing the multiplier for use in determining accrued benefit; defining employer error, and updating required beginning date to comply with federal law.”
